Wim hof method
cold exporsure | breathwork | focus & mindset"Happy, Healty & Strong"
The Wim Hof Method was developed by the ‘Iceman’ Wim Hof and combines the powers of cold exposure, breathing, and mindset/focus.
Through various exercises, the Wim Hof Method ensures that you regain your strength, find your balance, and feel both physically and mentally stronger than ever.
The Wim Hof Method
The Wim Hof Methode consist of these three pillars:
Cold exposure
Cold exposure is one of the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method. Exposure to cold has several proven health benefits, including training the cardiovascular system, strengthening the immune system, and improving sleep quality.
Breathwork
The second pillar is breathing. We breathe all the time, but we are usually unaware of its power. Concious breathing offers a wealth of benefits, and the specialized breathing technique of the Wim Hof Method unlocks them all: more energy, reduced stress levels, and an improved immune response.
Mindset / Focus
The third pillar of the Wim Hof Method serves as the foundation for the other two. With the power of focus and determination, you set yourself on a path to achieving your goals. This mental strength becomes the key to stretch your comfort zone, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth.
