Every tradition has its own approach to the sweat ritual but in all traditions it is used for health benefits.
There have been many studies on how safe exposure to controlled hot environments can be beneficial for your body. You can improve the health of your cardio vascular system and it can have a positive influence on stress and mood.
Besides that, being in a challenging environment can trigger some mental patterns. The Bali Sweat Experience is a great opportunity to work with these triggers as well.

So The Bali Sweat Experience is a beautiful journey for people who are willing to get in touch with themselves helped by and connected to the force of the elements of Mother Nature.
The Bali Sweat Experience lasts between 1,5 and 2 hours. It takes place in total darkness so participants can go within without being distracted by any visual input.
We can always open the door and one can always leave the sweat if uncomfortable. We want to create a safe environment where participants feel safe to share and don’t feel any (group)pressure.
