BREATHWORK

In and out

That’s what breathwork is about.

Every type of breathing can be supportive for some state in our daily lives.

Quite often the breath is not aligned with the state we want to be in. So it is key to become conscious of our behavior in order to be able to check in if our breathing is helpful for our desired state at that specific moment

Rhythm

In the rhythm of breathing in and out, countless variations are possible. For me, breathwork is about discovering which type of breathing works best for you at any given moment. That’s why it’s important to explore various techniques, tuning in to how your body and mind respond during each practice.

Slow, deep nose breathing can calm the nervous system, helping to ease pressure in the chest. Different rhythms and depths can enhance focus or support physical training. More intense techniques can be used to reduce inflammation, connect with your true self, or facilitate emotional release.

Many of us carry physical blockages in our bodies. Breathing, when combined with bodywork, offers a beautiful opportunity to engage with these tensions, aiming to release them in a gentle and safe way.

Consciously

I am broadly trained and adapt my techniques to suit the specific needs of each client, event, or workshop.

Conscious breathwork can benefit nearly everyone, meeting each person at their own level. However, it can also be harmful if practiced unsafely, particularly for individuals with certain physical or mental health challenges.

For me, client safety comes first. My goal is to help people develop a positive relationship with their breath, enabling them to explore the possibilities of this incredible tool that they carry with them throughout their entire lives.
